Job Description
Lead the creation of a groundbreaking vertical short-drama slate using an advanced AI production stack. You will originate concepts, write compelling characters, and produce end-to-end episodes featuring AI twins. This role blends traditional filmmaking craft with cutting-edge generative video tools to build a world where story meets real-time conversation.

What You Will Do
- Originate and script original characters and story concepts for a vertical drama slate, ensuring episodes drive viewers toward character interaction.
- Produce vertical short-form content end-to-end, managing the full pipeline from AI generation to professional editing, sound design, and finishing.
- Maintain rigorous likeness discipline and content boundaries for real-world creators while delivering high-quality episodes at a rapid studio pace.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience shipping vertical drama or episodic short-form content with a professional portfolio showcasing pacing, rhythm, and sound craft.
- Deep hands-on fluency with generative video models and the technical patience to solve AI continuity challenges like character drift and garment consistency.
- Professional-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere and a creative instinct for hooks and cliffhangers that thrive on mobile-first social platforms.
