We’re building a different kind of technology consultancy: one where AI isn’t an add-on to the development process, it’s central to how problems are understood, software is built and organisations work.

We’re looking for a talented, curious software engineer who already works AI-first and wants to develop into an exceptional consultant. You don’t need to arrive as the finished article. We’re looking for strong engineering instincts, raw problem-solving ability, curiosity and the confidence to work with people. We’ll help you develop the consulting, facilitation and leadership skills around that.

What you'll be doing

You’ll work directly with clients on engagements taking real business and technology problems from ambiguity through to production.

That could include:

• Turning business problems and desired outcomes into practical AI-driven solutions
• Building applications, integrations and agentic workflows using LLMs and APIs
• Using tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Cursor as a fundamental part of your engineering workflow
• Taking products from customer concept through architecture, build, testing and production deployment
• Helping teams tackle engineering problems such as refactoring, technical debt and modernisation using AI-first approaches
• Rapidly understanding unfamiliar systems and codebases
• Working with stakeholders to discover problems, explore options and communicate solutions
• Helping client engineers adopt new tools and ways of working
• Over time, developing the skills to facilitate workshops, coach teams, lead workstreams and advise senior stakeholders
