ABOUT US

Eostier is a brand group building consumer brands with fully in-house teams, operating at a $20M+ annual run rate. This role sits on our new health-focused supplement brand. The forecast: mid 8 figures with nine figures within reach. This is one of the first dedicated creative hires on the team that will grow with us.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an AI focused Creative Director to own the visual side of every ad we run. Not execution, ideation. You're the person who decides what an ad actually shows: the 3D and 2D animation, the b-roll, the clip concepts, and you make sure it never looks like the last one.

This is a hands-on, ideas-first role. B-roll is yours end to end: you come up with what to show and generate it yourself, then hand editors a finished clip to drop into the ad. You already know claymation, Pixar-style, song ads, and whatever else is working right now, cold, or this isn't for you.

For those specialty formats, you write the SOP so editors can execute them without you in the room. Everything else, you're hands-on: generating the b-roll visuals and reviewing the 3 editors' work before anything ships.

The workflow: a scriptwriter writes the ad. You come up with what the ad should show and how. For specialty formats you make the SOP so the editors can execute it properly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You don't generate the full ad yourself, and you're not the one planning which overall format we run next, though if you see something working, you can absolutely recommend it, you’ll be in charge of the visuals and ideation behind those.

What You'll Do

  • Ideate & create the visuals for ads: the b-roll, 3D/2D animation, and clips that bring each script to life
  • Diversifying the visuals as much as possible: a 3D model explanation, a 2D model explanation, a close up animation from inside the vessel, a non close up animation inside the vessel and more diversity especially on the mechanism explanation during the ad
  • Make sure every visual is accurate to the script.
  • Write SOPs for executing specific formats so the video editors can run with your concepts without you in the room
  • Manage and review the video editors' work before anything ships. You're the last check that an ad is actually good to go
  • Stay ahead of trends: burner accounts on social and the Facebook Ads Library, both for new formats and for how other brands execute and diversify their own visuals
  • Test new AI models and workflows regularly so output stays realistic and the outputs gets faster over time

What We're Looking For

  • Deep, current knowledge of e-commerce ad formats: claymation, Pixar-style, song ads, and whatever's trending right now.
  • Passionate about AI content, new models and creation
  • Strong visual ideation, not just execution. You come up with what to show, not just how to render it
  • Comfortable managing and giving direct feedback to a small team of editors
  • Obsessive about accuracy: visuals need to match the script, not just look good on their own
  • Bonus if you're already using AI tools and workflows to move faster and automate parts of the process
  • Comfortable with speed, ambiguity, and autonomy in a fully remote setup
  • Preferable to have supplement brand experience

What's In It For You

  • Real ownership of the visual direction for a brand going from zero to multi-eight-figures in year one
  • Direct access to the founder early on, then increasing autonomy as the process runs itself with you
  • Small, fast-moving team. No layers, no waiting on approvals that don't matter

How to Apply

We only review applications submitted through the form attached. It takes less than 5 minutes. If shortlisted, we'll reach out to you.
