We’re building football intelligence. FAIR is an AI that goes beyond traditional stats to analyse every action, movement, and decision on the pitch, and evaluate how they impact team performance. Trained to understand how football should be played, FAIR gives users access to advanced football intelligence that helps them make better decisions, whether they are fans, fantasy football players, analysts, bettors or strategists.
📍 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Football Analyst Intern to help test and improve our AI’s understanding of the game. You’ll work closely with our team to evaluate AI-generated football content and ensure it’s accurate, insightful, and useful for fans. This role is ideal for someone passionate about football who wants hands-on experience working with AI systems. Internship is fully remote, for a fixed duration (ranging from 3 months to a year), and may be part-time or full-time (preferred).

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated content such as:
- Match predictions
- Tactical analysis of matches
- Player performance analysis etc.
- Spot and flag issues like:
- Incorrect facts (scores, teams, competitions)
- Weak or generic analysis
- Contradictions or unclear reasoning
- Help improve FAIR by:
- Writing clear feedback on outputs
- Suggesting better responses
- Creating test questions and scenarios
- Assist in building a library of high-quality football prompts and answers
🧠 What We're Looking For
- Strong passion for football (you regularly follow leagues, teams, and matches)
- Basic understanding of tactics (formations, pressing, roles etc.)
- Strong understanding of betting markets
- Good knowledge of fantasy football, and particularly FPL
- Good written English
- Fluency in at least one additional European language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, or Portuguese) is a plus
- Attention to detail
- Curiosity about AI and how it works
