About The Company

Our mission is to enable companies to run the world’s most intelligent procurement – human and artificial.

More than 50% of today’s procurement tasks will be automated in the next 5 years, but companies face massive data gaps, hindering their path to automation.

Our Augmented Procurement Platform combines augmented guided buying and autonomous procurement operations enabling enterprise procurement to reach new heights.

About The Role

Procure Ai is a Europe-based AI technology provider redefining enterprise e-procurement through its Augmented Procurement Platform. By combining AI, advanced predictive analytics, and autonomous execution, we help enterprises streamline operations, reduce risk, automate decision-making, and maximize cost savings.

We’re a team of creative tech and business professionals based across Europe and the UK working at the intersection of AI, software, and impact.

Attention: This is a hybrid role and it is based in Germany or the UK. Unfortunately, this role does not offer visa support or relocation assistance.

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for curious and driven Full-stack AI Product Engineers. This isn't a usual engineering role. You'll be on a dedicated team launching a brand-new product from day one, working directly with our VP Engineering, Tobias Lindener and our VP Customers / SolEng, Jakob Reuschlein.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
