Digital Security & AI Governance Manager (Environments)

Circa £75,000 + bens

Fully Remote role (Office travel optional, with sites across UK including central London)

AI adoption is accelerating across this global professional services organisation. They need someone to create the secure environments, governance and controls that allow teams to safely test, experiment with and adopt AI technologies.

This is a newly created role where you'll define how AI tools are evaluated, accessed and used, ensuring innovation can happen securely without creating unnecessary barriers.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and manage secure AI sandbox and testing environments.
  • Define governance, security controls and guardrails for AI tools, plugins, integrations and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure appropriate identity, authentication and access controls are in place, restricting access to approved users, data and environments.
  • Assess security, privacy, compliance and data risks across AI platforms, cloud services and digital tools.
  • Create practical frameworks that enable safe AI tooling experimentation and AI-assisted development.
  • Oversee data handling practices and support the secure use of business information within AI platforms.
  • Partner with Digital, IT and Security teams to evaluate, approve and safely adopt new technologies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
