AI Governance Manager
AI Governance | Risk & Controls | Responsible AI | Compliance | Data Governance | AI Regulation
Do you want to help shape how a highly respected UK organisation adopts Artificial Intelligence safely, responsibly and in line with evolving regulatory expectations?
We're partnering with a highly respected UK Bank embarking on a significant AI transformation journey and looking to appoint an AI Governance Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in embedding AI governance across the business. While the title includes "Delivery Manager", this is not a traditional project delivery role. Instead, you'll focus on implementing governance frameworks, operationalising controls and ensuring AI initiatives are introduced responsibly and effectively.
This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of AI, governance, risk, compliance and technology, helping to shape how AI tools, including generative AI and Copilot technologies, are adopted at scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
