AI Graphic Designer
As an AI Graphic Designer, you will create high-quality, commercially effective design across Net World Sports' digital, marketplace, packaging, and print channels, using generative AI tools to work faster and produce more. You will turn campaign briefs into complete sets of visuals, keep our brands consistent, support and mentor junior designers, and help the design team use AI responsibly and well.
What You’ll Do
Design Delivery
- Turn campaign and product briefs into complete sets of visuals for websites, Amazon listings (including A+ content), social media, email, packaging, and point-of-sale
- Design clear, engaging landing pages and product content that balance visual impact with the customer journey and help drive sales
- Lead design projects from brief to delivery, making sure work is on time, on brief, and to a high standard
- Use research, testing, and feedback to improve designs
Packaging and Print
- Prepare packaging and print artwork ready for suppliers, including cutter guides and CMYK/Pantone colour set-up
- Carry out pre-flight checks to make sure files are accurate before they go to print
Brand and Design Standards
- Keep all brands (including FORZA and Vermont) consistent across every channel
- Build and look after Figma templates and components so the team can work quickly and consistently
- Keep up with design trends and bring in fresh ideas that suit each brand
AI and New Ways of Working
- Use generative AI tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Midjourney, or similar) to speed up concepts, image editing, resizing, and asset variations
- Test new AI tools and workflows, and share what works with the team
- Help create and follow simple guidelines for using AI responsibly, covering brand consistency, image quality, and copyright
- Spot repetitive production tasks that AI could speed up or automate

Supporting the Team
- Give clear, constructive feedback to junior designers and help them build their skills, including with AI tools
- Work with the Visual Content Manager to prioritize the team's workload so deadlines are met
- Share knowledge and good practice across the design team
Essential
What You'll Bring
- Degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Around 3+ years' experience as a graphic designer in e-commerce, retail, consumer brands, or an agency
- Delivering design projects from brief to finished artwork across digital and print
- Guiding or mentoring other designers, or clear readiness to start
- Excellent layout, typography, and colour skills, shown in a strong commercial portfolio
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Practical experience using generative AI tools in design work
- A good eye for when AI output is and isn't good enough
- Awareness of brand, quality, and copyright risks when using AI
- Clear communicator who can explain design decisions
- Well organized; able to manage several projects and meet deadlines
- Curious and keen to learn new tools and ways of working
- Open to feedback and supportive of others
Desirable
- Training or certification in AI design tools
- Designing for Amazon or other marketplaces (A+ content, listings, storefronts)
- Packaging artworking and print pre-press
- Experience working in a fast-paced in-house team
- Motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Building Figma templates and component libraries
- An understanding of UX and designing for conversion
- Experience with more advanced AI tools or workflows, such as ComfyUI or Claude Design
- Setting up AI workflows, prompt libraries, or guidelines for a team
- An interest in sport, fitness, or the outdoors
