This job did not exist two years ago
We spent twelve years as a marketing agency. Then we rebuilt the whole thing.
The SEO, the technical audits, the website changes, most of the production — AI systems we built ourselves now do it, faster and deeper than we ever could by hand. We have stopped selling marketing and started systemising growth.
What we need now is a person. Specifically, this person.
What you would do
The list below looks like a lot. It is not. The grunt work that used to eat whole days is done by the systems. What is left is the thinking, the judging and the client.
- Own around ten clients and the results they get. Not their task list. Their results.
- Talk to them every week. What moved, what it means, what happens next.
- Guide them, do not just take briefs. Sometimes that means backing a client's direction. Other times it means challenging them, with insight and care.
- Point the AI at the right things. Technical SEO, GEO, content. Choose the targets, read what comes back, send back what is not good enough.
- Do the marketing that still needs a human. Content, copy, social, video.
- Build things. Websites, landing pages. You do not need to code — we have the tools. You need a clear idea and the ability to explain it.
- Spot what nobody asked for. The opportunity the client has not seen.
No two days the same
Some days you will be on calls from morning to night. Some days you will be head down building. Some days something breaks and the plan goes out the window.
If you need a predictable week, you will hate this.
Who you would work with
Mostly Scottish clients with some across the UK. B2B and B2C, technical manufacturers through to hospitality. Owner-managed businesses where the person you speak to is the person who decides.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The bit that will make or break you
You have to know what good looks like.
AI will hand you a technical audit that reads beautifully and misses the point. Copy that is perfect and completely off-brand. A page that ticks every box and sells nothing.
Our MD will take five passes at a piece of work, sending it back each time, because draft four was decent and still not it.
Some people see it instantly. Some never do. If you can look at something and know it is off before you can explain why, you will be very good at this.
Who we want
- Curious in a slightly annoying way. You ask why. Then you ask why again.
- Properly into AI. Not "I've used ChatGPT." You follow it, you try things, you have opinions about which tools are rubbish.
- You have built something. An app, an agent, an automation, a daft little tool that solved one problem for one person. Small is fine. We want to see it.
- You pick up the phone. Email is where problems go to get worse.
- You make people feel good. Warm, funny, easy. Clients should come off a call in a better mood than they got on.
- You are not starting from zero. You have done things you are proud of and you are irritated they were not better. That is the right instinct.
What you do not need
Experience. A marketing degree. Coding. We will teach you all of it.
Straight with you
Our marketing manager goes on maternity leave in December, so you will own real clients within weeks, not months. The MD works alongside you daily and our technical manager handles the heavy builds, but you will not get six months of watching before you start.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
If that sounds terrifying rather than brilliant, this is not for you.
What you get
£28,000 to start, with reviews at six and twelve months.
We will set performance objectives with you in your first week so you know exactly what you are working towards. Hit them and your salary moves with them. Nothing vague about it.
Taught by someone who does this for a living. Our MD teaches AI for the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Cambridge Marketing College, and guest lectures at Strathclyde.
Your own clients from week one.
How we hire
- A phone call with Stephanie, the MD's AI agent. Ask her anything. We are as interested in your questions as your answers.
- Face to face with the managing director.
- Show and tell. Bring the thing you built. Tell us what broke.
- Meet the team. They get a say.
To apply
Tell us about something you have built and why you built it. Then one line on what you want to be able to do that you cannot do today.
