Are you passionate about building intelligent systems that drive commercial growth? We're partnering with an award-winning B2B SaaS business that works with some of the biggest names in the property and real estate sector. With ambitious growth plans and significant investment in scaling the business, they're looking for a AI Growth Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in their next phase of expansion.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Growth, you'll own the infrastructure, automation and intelligence that powers the company's revenue engine. This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM, Data Analytics, AI and Automation.
What you'll be doing:

Own and optimise commercial systems, including:
- Pipedrive CRM
- Pipeline management and hygiene
- Revenue reporting and forecasting

Design and implement growth automation across:
- Lead nurturing
- Campaign operations
- Internal workflows
- Reporting processes

Drive AI adoption across marketing and commercial teams, including:

Optimise the entire revenue funnel:
- Lead → MQL
- MQL → SQL
- SQL → Opportunity

- Attribution modelling
- Commercial reporting
- Forecasting
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience within a B2B SaaS environment (global experience advantageous)
- Strong background in:
- Revenue Operations
- Marketing Operations
- Growth Operations
- CRM management
- Commercial systems
- Email marketing
- Automation and AI
- A highly technical mindset combined with strong commercial awareness
- A passion for optimisation, data-driven decision making and business outcomes
- The ability to build systems that help teams work smarter, faster and more effectively
