AI Innovation Lead - Legal - PERM - Hybrid - 3pdw in London

My law firm client are looking for a AI Innovation Lead to join them. Working within a high visibility department as part of the Legal Technology team, you will be looking to transform and implement lasting adoption of AI for the Firm.

Working across the London and European areas, you will help to lead the delivery of the AI enablement programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders and varied practice groups, you will be driving the change strategies and roadmaps.

My client are looking for:

  • Extensive inhouse Legal Technology experience.
  • Strong change management experience, technology adoption and business process improvement.
  • Experience of the leading AI platforms, Claude, Gemini, Harvey etc.

This opportunity is London based, with 3 days per week worked on site and the remainder worked remote.
