We’re looking for an AI Innovation Lead to help a leading creative organisation turn the potential of AI into practical, high-quality solutions.

Working across Creative, Design, Production and wider business teams, you’ll help identify opportunities, test emerging technologies and develop AI-powered workflows across image, video, audio and language.

Responsibilities

  • Apply generative AI to real creative and business challenges.
  • Test and evaluate emerging AI tools, workflows and technologies.
  • Develop prototypes, demonstrations and production-ready solutions.
  • Lead AI projects from experimentation through to implementation and adoption.
  • Deliver training and practical guidance to build AI capability.
  • Support client work, pitches and strategic innovation projects.
  • Champion responsible and ethical use of AI.
