Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated AI & Innovation Marketing Intern to support initiatives in Innovation Factory. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, technology, marketing, and the energy industry. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to develop compelling content, support strategic marketing activities, and help drive engagement around AI-driven innovation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support in developing content for external audiences, including presentations, brochures, eBooks, thought leadership articles, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Support the planning and execution of conferences, webinars, hackathons, bootcamps, customer events, and other innovation-focused initiatives (both internal and external).
  • Assist with presentation development, content reviews, event communications, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Organize and manage visual assets and marketing collateral while ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Create and maintain internal communications, including newsletters, blogs, knowledge repositories, and community engagement materials.

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor content to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders ranging from product and technical to operations and sales.
  • Basic graphics design and video editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
