About Mavera AI
Mavera AI is a UK-based AI automation company based at the University of Nottingham Innovation Park.
We build conversational AI agents that help businesses automate customer communication, lead management, bookings, follow-ups and everyday business processes across phone, web chat, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Integration Executive to help test, improve and support AI agents used by real businesses.
This is a practical role that combines technology, communication and problem solving. You may be testing an AI voice agent one day, helping identify where an integration is not working the next, and speaking with businesses or supporting discovery opportunities at events.
You do not need to be a developer. We are looking for people who are curious, confident, reliable and interested in how AI can be used in the real world.
What You Could Be Doing
- Test AI voice and chat agents using realistic scenarios
- Check accuracy, conversation flow, coherence and instruction-following
- Identify bugs, errors or poor customer experiences
- Support testing of bookings, lead capture, follow-ups and integrations
- Clearly report issues and suggest improvements
- Retest agents after changes have been made
- Speak with businesses to understand how they could use AI
- Attend selected networking events and activities
- Help identify potential discovery call opportunities
- Support the Mavera AI team with live customer and AI projects

Who We Are Looking For
You may be a good fit if you are:

Previous experience in AI, software testing, sales, customer service, business development or technology is useful, but not required.

- Complete a short practical trial or AI testing task.

- Progress into suitable paid opportunities based on demonstrated ability.
