AI Knowledge Manager (m/f/d)

As an AI Knowledge Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the quality and governance of the knowledge powering SAP Fioneer's AI solutions for Banking. Working at the intersection of banking domain expertise, knowledge management, and Generative AI, you will ensure that our AI applications provide accurate, reliable, and trustworthy answers by continuously improving the underlying semantic knowledge layer. You will collaborate closely with product experts, consultants, and AI engineers to transform banking expertise into structured, scalable knowledge assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the semantic knowledge layer that powers SAP Fioneer's Banking AI solutions.
  • Structure, curate, and enrich product knowledge using consistent metadata to ensure reliable retrieval and high-quality AI responses.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and close them by creating documentation, commissioning content, or eliciting expertise from subject matter experts.
  • Define and maintain strategies for integrating project-specific knowledge into AI solutions, including golden sources, grounding content, and reusable knowledge assets.
  • Analyze low-quality AI responses, identify their root causes (e.g., missing content, retrieval issues, metadata inconsistencies), and implement sustainable improvements.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously expand evaluation datasets ("golden datasets") to measure and improve AI answer quality.
  • Define and maintain content governance standards, including classification, access management, legal review, and content lifecycle management.
  • Design feedback loops that transform user interactions into structured knowledge improvements in close collaboration with AI engineers.
  • Partner with Banking experts, Product Management, Consulting, and AI Engineering to continuously improve the quality of our AI-powered solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
