AI Lead

Here at BPP (part of Lyceum Education Group) an opportunity has arisen for an innovative and driven individual to join the team as an AI Lead. You will be responsible for designing and shaping a programme of activity to embed AI across the business and to raise the level of AI capability across the organisation as a whole.

What if you read the description and don't meet every single requirement? We encourage you to apply anyway - we value diverse backgrounds and are committed to inclusivity!

It is a great time to join BPP as we have enjoyed a sustained period of growth, offering a wealth of opportunities to our staff, students and clients. There are many more great reasons to join BPP such as:

  • Brilliantly, you can study any of our courses for free – be it a professional qualification or full degree.
  • With hybrid working available, you’ll be able to split your time between one of our centres and wherever you choose to call home.
  • We also provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days, and there’s a rewards package that includes retail discounts and much more.

What you’ll be doing

In this role you will design and shape a programme of activity to embed AI across the business and to raise the level of AI capability across the organisation as a whole. The role is about defining what good looks like and turning it into practical, value generating adoption. Working through a network of AI champions and in close partnership with the People team (HR), change and operational teams across the business, the AI Lead identifies high value opportunities, shapes the roadmap of AI use cases, and drives enablement, training and best practice so colleagues across all brands can use AI safely, effectively and to commercial advantage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
