AI Lead Enterprise Architect
Location: London (UK), Mexico City (Mexico), Bogotá (Colombia), Johannesburg (South Africa), Rio De Janeiro (Brazil)
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Hybrid (approximately 10 days per month on-site)
Salary: Up to: 125,000 GBP for London | 145,500 USD for Bogotá and Johannesburg | 2,910,000 MXN for Mexico City | 840,500 BRL for Rio De Janeiro

A globally recognised international organisation is looking for an AI Lead Enterprise Architect to help shape the future of its enterprise technology landscape.
This is an opportunity for a strategic technology leader who combines strong enterprise architecture expertise with a genuine interest in AI, emerging technologies and enterprise transformation.
What you'll do
- Define and influence enterprise architecture strategy.
- Shape the future of integrations, reporting and data management through AI-enabled solutions.
- Work across a complex global environment London (UK), (Mexico City (Mexico), Bogotá (Colombia), Johannesburg (South Africa), New York (US), consisting of multiple enterprise platforms and business-critical applications.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology investments with business objectives.
- Provide strategic leadership across internal teams and external technology partners.

What we're looking for
- Min 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solutions Architecture or Technology Strategy.
- Background working with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS or finance platforms.
- Understanding of enterprise integrations and complex technology ecosystems.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning or emerging technologies and their practical business applications.
- Experience influencing stakeholders in large, global organisations.
- Excellent communication, consulting and leadership skills.
Candidates should have experience working within complex enterprise application landscapes.

Location & Working Pattern
- London, Mexico City, Bogotá, Johannesburg or other approved locations within Latin America and Africa.
- Hybrid working model with approximately 10 days per month on-site.
- Occasional international travel for key meetings and project milestones.
