Core outcome

Deliver AI learning, adoption, and enablement activities that help employees build practical capability, apply learning in their day-to-day work, and successfully adopt approved AI tools and workflows.

Role Purpose

The AI Learning Manager is responsible for the operational delivery and execution of AI learning and enablement activities across Kroll.

Working under the direction of the AI Learning and Enablement Lead, this role supports the rollout of learning pathways, workshops, office hours, champion activities, communications, and adoption programmes that help employees confidently and responsibly apply AI in their work.

The role focuses on execution, facilitation, learner support, stakeholder engagement, and adoption reinforcement. It ensures that AI learning moves beyond content consumption and becomes embedded into workflows, habits, and day-to-day ways of working.

Core Responsibilities

Learning deployment and delivery

  • Coordinate and deliver AI learning activities across service lines and corporate functions, including launches, cohorts, workshops, office hours, reinforcement activity, and learning communications.

Training facilitation and learner support

  • Facilitate practical sessions and provide day-to-day learner support so employees can apply approved AI tools and workflows confidently and responsibly.

Champion and community support

  • Work with AI Champions to run office hours, prompt challenges, showcases, and use case discovery activities, while capturing feedback, questions, and adoption barriers.

Service line engagement

  • Partner with service line leaders, managers, and local stakeholders to keep learning relevant to business needs, reinforce expectations, and support local adoption plans.

Learning operations

  • Maintain learning resources, session logistics, programme materials, and documentation to ensure delivery runs smoothly and learners can access what they need.

Measurement and improvement

  • Track participation, completion, feedback, and adoption indicators; use the data to improve delivery, strengthen the learner experience, and inform future learning priorities.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • Experience in learning and development, learning operations, programme delivery, talent development, onboarding, or workforce enablement.
  • Experience coordinating and delivering learning programmes within a global or matrixed organisation.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience supporting learning events, workshops, office hours, or capability-building programmes.
  • Strong programme coordination, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong learner-focus and commitment to delivering a high-quality participant experience.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity while maintaining structure and execution discipline.
  • Comfort working with learning data, reporting, feedback, and programme metrics.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective working relationships across business and support functions.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting technology, digital, transformation, or AI-related learning programmes.
  • Experience facilitating virtual and in-person learning experiences.
  • Experience working with learning management systems and digital learning platforms.
  • Experience supporting communities of practice, champion networks, or peer learning programmes.
  • Experience working in professional services, consulting, financial services, or other knowledge-based organisations.
  • Experience supporting change management, adoption, or organisational transformation initiatives.
  • Experience creating learner communications, job aids, facilitation materials, or learning resources.
