The Opportunity
The AI-led Growth Leader will be the commercial growth driver for AI-enabled Intelligent Industry opportunities across Northern & Central Europe. Working closely with the Head of Intelligent Industry, CTO / Architecture, Play Leaders and country teams, the role will identify, shape and accelerate AI-led lighthouse opportunities, translate AI capabilities into compelling client value cases and convert selected opportunities into repeatable, scalable business impact. Main responsibilities:
- AI-led Lighthouse Deals: Own and drive the AI contribution to lighthouse deals and II-accelerated opportunities, shaping complex AI-enabled pursuits end-to-end and engaging at CxO level around business value, productivity, resilience and new operating models.
- Client AI Value Cases: Build the commercial narrative for AI in Intelligent Industry, translating industrial AI capabilities into clear value cases, outcome logic and executive-level propositions for priority clients and sectors.
- Priority Growth Bets: Identify, qualify and actively drive a focused set of AI-led growth bets, prioritizing, accelerating or stopping initiatives based on commercial scale, repeatability and measurable business impact.
- Commercialization of Proven AI Use Cases: Turn proven AI use cases, assets and delivery experience into repeatable propositions, credentials and proof points that strengthen win rates and enable scalable revenue across BUs and business lines.
- Partner and Ecosystem Activation: Leverage hyperscalers, industrial software vendors and AI ecosystem partners where they accelerate lighthouse opportunities, strengthen propositions or support repeatable AI-enabled solutions.
- Cross-BU Orchestration: Pull the right expertise from BUs, business lines, delivery hubs and the wider Intelligent Industry ecosystem into selected opportunities, ensuring fast mobilization, clear ownership and transition from incubation into BU-led scale.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
