Location: Remote (UK preferred, open to EMEA & APAC regions)
Commitment: Flexible (Internship / Work Placement / Dissertation-Aligned / Gap Year / Career Transition)
Important Notice: This is currently an unpaid internship opportunity.
About Us
Risidio is a UK-based research, design, and development (RD&D) company at the forefront of Web3, AI, and blockchain innovation, building decentralised applications, AI-powered platforms, and next-generation software infrastructure. Our projects include Lunim Studio, Lunim Media Suite (a Web3 smart contract film finance and distribution platform), and various AI-driven Web3 applications.
About the Role
We're hiring an AI-Literate Marketing & Growth Intern to help build Lunim's cross-functional early operator cohort — spanning strategy, research, marketing communications, growth, performance, and analytics.
This is a live growth function, not a traditional internship: AI accelerates execution, but human judgement drives every important decision. From week one, you'll contribute to real positioning, messaging, growth, and performance work, learning to use AI responsibly within modern marketing practice.
Our Hiring Philosophy
We hire for alignment, ownership, and long-term potential, not headcount. Through Lunim Studio, we work in a fast-moving, outcome-focused environment that values independent thinking over hierarchy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Bring
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong analytical and market research skills
- Working familiarity with social media platforms and how brands use them effectively
- Confidence working independently
- Curiosity about AI and modern marketing practice
- Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel
- A judgement-driven mindset, willing to challenge AI-generated outputs
