We are hiring AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Artificial Intelligence)

Location

Hybrid 2 days per week in Osterley, West London Office

Requirements

• Prior experience building, deploying, and monitoring end-to-end machine learning solutions in high-scale commercial environments and End-to-end ML lifecycle management—from designing recommendation and ranking models to constructing big data pipelines and maintaining live production deployments.
• Advanced hands-on experience in model development for personalization, recommendation engines, ranking algorithms, user segmentation, and content analysis.
• Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn), Big Data pipelines for feature engineering (e.g., Spark, SQL), and cloud production deployment tools (MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Should be experienced in designing and evaluating A/B testing, offline experiment analysis, continuous performance monitoring, and model retraining in production.
• Preferred Domain expertise in Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMTS) focusing on large-scale consumer behavior, streaming media, or digital content personalization.
