We’re looking for an experienced AI & Machine Learning Manager to join a leading professional services organisation and play a key role in shaping its AI strategy.

This is a senior technical leadership position responsible for the strategy, design and implementation of AI and ML solutions across the firm. You’ll lead a talented team of AI/ML professionals, work closely with senior stakeholders and oversee external technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical strategy and architecture for AI and ML solutions.
  • Identify and deliver AI use cases aligned to business objectives.
  • Oversee the full AI lifecycle, from model development and validation through to deployment and integration.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing AI Engineering team.
  • Manage third-party technology providers and service performance.
  • Partner with senior business stakeholders to demonstrate the value and impact of AI.
  • Drive innovation, continuous improvement and emerging AI opportunities.

About You

You’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in AI, machine learning, deep learning and model development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R or C#.
  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn.
  • Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP — Azure desirable.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Codex, with strong engineering, security and testing practices.
  • Proven experience leading ML, data science or AI engineering teams, ideally across global environments.
  • Strong project/programme management and IT strategy experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong understanding of emerging AI and technology trends.
