AI Manager / Technical Lead
Location: London, hybrid with 1–2 days in the office per week
Type: Permanent
Start: As soon as possible, subject to notice period
Cyber Search Partners is supporting an established international consultancy as it expands its AI capability in the UK.
We are looking for an AI Manager who combines technical depth with consulting experience and commercial awareness. You will help clients identify where AI can deliver value, shape practical solutions and lead implementation from initial discovery through to production.
This is an opportunity to play a central role in developing the UK AI offering, with access to a wider international network of technical specialists.

- Lead client discovery sessions and workshops, translating business requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Shape and deliver AI solutions spanning Generative AI, Agentic AI, machine learning and automation.
- Guide architecture and implementation across LLMs, RAG, AI agents, data platforms and enterprise integrations.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through proof of value, production deployment and scaling.
- Oversee delivery quality, budgets, timelines and risks, ensuring solutions are secure, responsible and measurable.
- Contribute to proposals, pitches and the development of new client opportunities.

What we are looking for
- A background in consulting or professional services, combining client engagement with technical delivery.
- Typically 7+ years across AI, data, cloud or technology consulting, with demonstrable experience delivering AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI and the practical requirements of deploying enterprise AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP. Azure is particularly relevant to the client base.
- Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps, evaluation, monitoring, data governance and Responsible AI.
- Confidence leading technical teams and explaining technical decisions to senior business stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and experience contributing to proposals or shaping new work.
- Existing UK Security Clearance would be advantageous.
