BIP xTech is our global technology consulting team. We combine strategy, advanced analytics, cloud, artificial intelligence and Generative AI to deliver end-to-end transformation programmes, from strategy and design through to implementation and scale-up.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced AI Manager to help organisations turn AI ambition into measurable business value. This is a client-facing consulting role combining AI strategy, solution shaping, delivery leadership and senior stakeholder management.
You will work across executive, business and technical teams to identify valuable opportunities, shape practical solutions and lead delivery from proof of value into production and scale. You will bring a strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, data and analytics, alongside the consulting judgement needed to balance innovation with security, governance and responsible adoption.

Key responsibilities
AI strategy and value
- Define AI, data and analytics strategies aligned to client priorities, measurable outcomes and wider transformation goals.
- Identify, assess and prioritise opportunities across Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, machine learning and advanced analytics.
- Develop pragmatic AI roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks and adoption strategies.
- Build clear value cases and success measures that connect technology investment to business outcomes.
Client and solution leadership
- Lead client engagements, discovery activities, workshops and solution-shaping sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Translate business challenges into practical AI use cases, products and transformation programmes.
- Guide the design of enterprise AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, intelligent automation, modern data platforms and cloud services.
- Build trusted relationships across executive, business and technology teams, communicating complex ideas with clarity.

Technology and delivery
- Lead delivery from proof of value through production and scale, working with multidisciplinary teams across AI, data, cloud, technology and product.
- Provide technology and architecture direction across AI and data programmes while remaining focused on user needs and business outcomes.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, responsible and production-ready, with appropriate evaluation, monitoring and observability.
- Manage delivery plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and timelines, maintaining clear accountability for outcomes.
