New Business Sales Manager – AI Martech & Ecommerce

About the Opportunity
We are working with an innovative AI-led martech business helping ecommerce, retail and DTC brands improve customer targeting, conversion and marketing performance.
This is a new business sales role for someone with a strong, relevant network across ecommerce, retail, DTC brands, agencies, martech or digital performance. You will use trusted contacts to open doors, create senior conversations and build qualified pipeline quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate warm introductions through your own relevant senior network.
- Build and manage pipeline across ecommerce, retail, DTC, agency and martech audiences.
- Engage commercial, ecommerce, digital, CRM and marketing leaders with a clear growth proposition.
- Progress opportunities from first conversation through proposal and close.
- Represent the business at relevant industry and networking events.

Skills & Experience
- Proven new business sales experience in martech, ecommerce, SaaS, digital performance, CRM, customer data or related sectors.
- A strong network of senior contacts who could support warm introductions and early commercial traction.
- Good understanding of ecommerce performance, customer behaviour, conversion and marketing ROI.
- Able to explain AI and predictive intelligence in simple, commercial language.
- Proactive, consultative and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
