The Role
We're a fast-growing team producing AI-generated micro-drama series for US women 35–55. We write, generate and ship short vertical series fast. We need a writer who can own scripts end to end.
What You'll Do
- Write micro-drama episodes (1–3 min) and full series arcs using Claude, GPT and other AI tools.
- Build hooks that stop the scroll in the first 3 seconds and cliffhangers that force the next episode.
- Write scenes that turn into strong, real-looking, cinematic AI visuals, not generic AI slop.
- Test new formats, read the data, and cut what doesn't work.

Big Plus
You can review creators' final episodes against the script, spot what's off or unclear, and send clear notes back for fixes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in short-form video, soaps, telenovelas or romance fiction.
- Prompting experience for image and video models.
The Recruitment Process

Fixed Service Fee
Up to 3000 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience we'd be open to discussing your rate).

Eligibility & Location Requirements
❕This role is 100% remote.
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported. For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy. (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
