About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing next-generation AI-powered features that enhance our platform’s capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and MLOps engineers, to design, implement, and optimize scalable machine learning models. Your expertise will help us deliver innovative solutions that improve user engagement and safety while maintaining high performance and reliability. Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Proven experience in deploying machine learning models to production at scale
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in writing production-quality code
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Familiarity with modern LLM deployment frameworks and libraries like HuggingFace TGI, VLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or similar
- Understanding of ML development lifecycle, including CI/CD, version control (git), testing, and monitoring
- Experience working with Docker and containerized applications
- Knowledge of deploying high-load ML applications on container orchestrators such as Kubernetes (bare-metal, GKE, EKS)
- Understanding of GPU workloads, NVIDIA drivers, and container runtimes
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Passion for AI and Machine Learning, with a focus on fairness, accountability, and transparency
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of innovative AI-powered features within our applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and design suitable ML solutions
- Optimize and scale machine learning models for performance and efficiency in production environments
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices in ML engineering
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and ML to drive continuous innovation
- Work with MLOps teams to streamline deployment pipelines and monitor model performance
- Implement and maintain containerized ML applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Ensure high availability and low latency of AI services under high load conditions
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold quality standards
