About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and lead the development of next-generation AI-powered features for our platform. In this role, you will be a key contributor to designing, implementing, and deploying innovative machine learning models that enhance user experience and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and DevOps engineers to create scalable, high-performance AI solutions. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a strong background in Generative AI and machine learning, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and driving technical excellence. Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Hands-on experience in delivering scalable machine learning models to production environments
- Proficiency in Python programming and production-quality code development
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Knowledge of modern LLM deployment frameworks and libraries like HuggingFace TGI, VLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or similar
- Strong understanding of ML lifecycle processes including CI/CD, version control (git), testing, and monitoring
- Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (GKE, EKS, or bare-metal)
- Familiarity with GPU workloads, NVIDIA drivers, and container runtimes for high-performance ML applications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A genuine passion for AI and Machine Learning, with a focus on fairness, accountability, and transparency
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical development of AI-powered features within our applications, focusing on generative models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and design innovative AI solutions that enhance platform capabilities
- Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments
- Mentor and coach team members on best practices in ML engineering and deployment
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to foster innovation
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, version control, and testing frameworks to ensure robust deployment workflows
- Manage containerized ML applications, deploying high-load models on Kubernetes or similar orchestrators
- Work with MLOps teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve AI solutions post-deployment
- Ensure ethical AI practices by incorporating fairness, transparency, and accountability into model development
