AI & ML Engineering Coach / Trainer
Remote working
We’re working with a leading technical training & enablement organisation looking to hire AI & ML Engineering Trainers.
They operate at the forefront of AI, ML & Data, training AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists and technical leaders within some of the world's leading technology organisations.
You’ll work across areas that align with your own technical experience, so you don’t need to be an expert across the entire AI/ML landscape.
You’ll also receive ongoing technical upskilling across the latest AI technologies and the wider AI/ML portfolio, giving you the opportunity to continually develop your own technical expertise.
The role will involve a mix of:

- Delivering advanced technical AI & ML training to Engineers, Data Scientists and other technical professionals
- Coaching and supporting technical learners as they develop new AI/ML skills
- Designing and developing curriculum and technical learning solutions
- Working with enterprise clients to understand their technical learning needs
- Continuing to develop your own knowledge across emerging AI/ML technologies
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML technologies.
- Your background could include areas such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI / LLMs, MLOps or related AI Engineering technologies.
- Previous training, teaching, coaching or mentoring experience would be valuable, but it’s not essential.
- We’re equally interested in experienced AI/ML Engineers and technical professionals who enjoy sharing their knowledge and have the communication skills and interest to move into a training / coaching-focused role.

You DO NOT need to have previously worked as an official Trainer, Instructor, Lecturer, Mentor or Coach.
This is a permanent, remote working role. £75,000 - £85,000
