AI-Native Marketing Operations Specialist

East Croydon, South London (office-based) · Full-time · £32,000–£40,000 depending on experience

About GoZupees

We're a software company that builds AI systems for mid-market businesses — fiber ISPs, professional services firms, and e-commerce brands in the UK and US. Our products handle real customer conversations every day. Engineering is in India; the founder and a small core team work from East Croydon.

The Role

Marketing operations, done the way it will be done everywhere in a few years: with AI in the loop at every step.

You'll own the execution and measurement of our marketing — email campaigns, newsletters, LinkedIn publishing, CRM data, funnel reporting — and you'll do it AI-native: drafting with AI, analyzing with AI, automating the repetitive parts so your time goes into thinking. The founder sets direction; you make it run — on time, tracked, and measured properly.

This is a doing-and-thinking role. Half of it is disciplined execution. The other half is looking at the numbers, working out why they moved, and deciding what to try next.

What You'll Do

  • Build, send, and measure email campaigns and nurture sequences
  • Run production for our newsletters and LinkedIn publishing schedule
  • Own campaign and funnel reporting: open rates, replies, conversions — and what they mean
  • Keep the CRM clean and the pipeline data honest
  • Build and segment lists for outbound campaigns and track what comes back
  • Work inside our internal library of AI workflows — and improve it as you go
  • Spot problems in the data, propose fixes, and run small experiments to test them

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who We're Looking For

  • Around 2–4 years of experience in marketing, operations, analytics, or something adjacent. We care more about how you think than where you've worked:
  • Already AI-native. You use AI tools daily and have built or improved something real with them — not just chat, something that ran.
  • Comfortable with data. You can build a report in a spreadsheet and explain what it says in plain English.
  • A critical thinker. When a number moves, your first instinct is to ask why.
  • A problem solver. You figure things out. You don't wait to be unblocked.
  • Organized and detail-oriented. Campaigns go out on time, named properly, tracked correctly.
  • A clear writer. Much of this job is words — emails, summaries, prompts, notes people act on.
  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Google Analytics helps but isn't required. We can teach tools. We can't teach thinking.

What You Get

  • £32,000–£40,000 depending on experience
  • Direct daily access to the founding team in a small team — you'll see the whole business, not one corner of it

  • Room to grow as the company does

How to Apply

Send your CV. If you want to stand out, add a few lines about something you've built or improved with AI — or a campaign, report, or process you made better — and what changed because of it. Our selection process includes a short practical exercise. That's where we look at how you work with data, use AI, and solve problems — so if your CV doesn't tell the usual story, apply anyway.
