AI-Native Software Engineer
Central London | Hybrid (2-3 days per week) | Competitive Salary

Responsibilities
- Design resilient, observable, maintainable, and replaceable software systems.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable architectural solutions.
- Define technical boundaries, responsibilities, and constraints that enable teams to move quickly and safely.
- Build and enhance AI-native software delivery practices.
- Develop automated quality gates, testing strategies, and verification frameworks.
- Capture and document architectural decisions, business rules, and operational knowledge.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to the development of engineering capability across the organisation.
- Promote evidence-driven engineering and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep understanding of software quality, testing strategies, and observability.
- Ability to define and evaluate evidence that demonstrates system correctness and reliability.
- Experience working within AI-enabled or AI-native engineering environments.
- Strong understanding of the strengths and limitations of modern AI technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
