Elevation Recruitment Group are working on a genuinely interesting role. This one is a blank canvas. Our client is starting from scratch on AI - they've got the tools in place (Claude Enterprise and Copilot already licensed and live) but need someone to help the business actually understand and use them properly, rather than someone stepping into a mature function.
You'll report in primarily to the senior leadership team, working closely with IT/the CTO, and will effectively be the person who helps the business figure out what AI adoption should look like for them in practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What you'll be doing:
- Helping the business understand and adopt the AI tools already in place
- Working with existing internal systems and reporting outputs to identify where automation and AI genuinely add value
- Acting as the go-to person for AI understanding across the business, not just a technical implementer
- Close collaboration with senior stakeholders
What they're looking for:
- Genuine hands-on experience with tools like Claude, Copilot or similar — practical use, not just theory
- Someone who can translate AI capability into something a non-technical team can understand and use
- Comfortable starting from a blank page and shaping the approach themselves
