Build the creative and conversion engine behind two category-defining health brands
We're looking for a performance marketer who builds with AI.
You'll run paid social and paid search for GetScanned, the UK's private scan marketplace across 200+ CQC-registered clinics, and CoreVitals, our proactive health membership. You'll also build the agentic workflows that let a small team research, produce, test and learn at the pace of a much larger one.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage agencies or wait on developers. You'll ship ads, landing pages and tracking yourself. You'll also leave the whole team more capable than you found it.
What you'll own
Paid social growth engine
- Own Meta day to day: structure, pacing, the testing roadmap, and the decisions to scale or kill.
- Lead creative direction and testing at volume.
- Write and refine hooks, ad copy and campaign messaging.
- If required, source and manage creators and UGC, and fold them into the testing programme.
Paid search growth engine
- Take over Google Ads from our agency and own it day to day: Search, Performance Max, campaign structure, bidding, budgets and search term management.
- Allocate budget between Google and Meta on blended CAC.
- Use AI to scale ad copy variants, keyword research, search term mining and negatives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

AI creative systems
- Build agentic pipelines that cover the full creative process:
- Research into competitors and winning ads
- Concepts, scripts and briefs
- AI-generated statics and video
- Creator footage review
- QA
- Hook variations
- Orchestrate these workflows using tools such as Claude Code or Codex, MCPs and APIs, working alongside our design team.
- Make sure every output runs through an approved claims library and compliance review.
Landing pages and conversion
- Build and test landing pages.
- Run landing page tests across both Google and Meta traffic.
- Own performance end to end.
Measurement and reporting
- Automate reporting so we know what's working as fast as possible.
- Log experiments so we learn from our real win rate.
Raising the team
- Build tools and workflows the rest of the growth team uses.
- Teach them how to use those tools.
What success looks like
Within your first 6 months, you will have:
- Reduced CAC on Meta and Google while scaling spend.
- Brought Google Ads in-house, with CAC falling and bookings growing.
- Built a documented AI creative pipeline that reliably produces tested concepts every week.
- Shipped and tested landing pages without dev involvement.
- Raised landing page conversion rates.
- Made performance reporting fast and automatic.
- Made the team measurably faster because of the systems you built.
