AI Practice Lead | Hybrid UK | £140k - £160k + Bonus
We're partnering with a leading international consultancy undergoing significant investment in its AI and emerging technology capabilities. As part of this growth, they're looking for an experienced AI Practice Lead to help define strategy, build capability, and drive AI adoption across a portfolio of enterprise clients.
This is a leadership role for someone who wants to go beyond project delivery. You'll be responsible for shaping AI strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, growing high-performing teams, and helping organisations unlock measurable value through AI-led transformation.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the growth and development of a dedicated AI practice
- Defining AI strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for enterprise organisations
- Identifying high value opportunities through discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Designing and delivering solutions across Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and modern AI architectures
- Providing technical leadership, solution assurance, and executive-level guidance on complex engagements
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience leading AI, Data, Analytics, or Emerging Technology practices
- Strong background delivering AI transformation programmes within complex enterprise environments
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing strategic decision-making
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and modern AI ecosystems
- Track record delivering large-scale AI initiatives that generate measurable business outcomes
