AI Presales Lead
Microsoft Copilot | Copilot Studio | Azure AI | Power Platform
Location: home-based in the UK
Fulltime - Permanent role

The role
As an AI Presales Lead you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, solution architecture and emerging technology. You would work with customers to understand their challenges, define their AI roadmap and design solutions across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Power Platform.
This isn't about selling products. It's about helping organisations understand what's possible, what's practical and what's worth investing in. You'll lead technical discovery sessions, shape solution architecture, guide proof-of-value engagements and help customers move from AI ambition to AI adoption.
The role....
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor to customers on Microsoft's AI ecosystem.
- Leading AI strategy, discovery and architecture workshops.
- Designing end-to-end solutions across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI and Power Platform.
- Defining architecture, integration, governance and security considerations for AI implementations.
- Building and presenting proof-of-value solutions that demonstrate business outcomes.
- Advising customers on AI readiness, operating models and adoption strategies.
- Working closely with sales, consulting and delivery teams to shape complex opportunities.
- Translating business requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade solution designs.
- Keeping pace with Microsoft's rapidly evolving AI roadmap and helping customers understand where emerging technologies can create value.
