AI Presales Specialist

Microsoft Copilot | Power Platform | Agentic AI | Generative AI

Location: Home-based / London / Hybrid

Note: No sponsorship can be offered - must be eligible for SC Clearance


We are looking for an AI Presales Specialist to join a growing team and lead customer conversations around Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Agentic AI, and Generative AI solutions.

As an AI Presales Specialist, you will work closely with sales teams, customers, and technical stakeholders to design and present cutting-edge AI solutions that solve real business challenges. You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, translating complex AI technologies into compelling business outcomes while showcasing the power of Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, and next-generation agentic AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand customer challenges, processes, and AI adoption objectives.
  • Design and present Microsoft AI solutions including Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Generative AI capabilities.
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations to customers.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop AI-focused opportunities and solution strategies.
  • Create compelling proposals, solution designs, and business cases.
  • Advise customers on AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Support customers in identifying automation opportunities using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies, particularly Agentic AI, Autonomous Agents, Microsoft Copilot innovations, and Azure AI services.
  • Collaborate with technical delivery teams to ensure successful transition from presales to implementation.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a Presales, Solution Consultant, Technical Consultant, or Solutions Architect role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform technologies.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI automation.
  • Experience delivering customer demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business benefits.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with experience supporting sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Agents.
  • Understanding of Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and autonomous workflows.
  • Microsoft certifications across Azure, Power Platform, or AI technologies.
  • Experience working within a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment.
