Title: AI Product Architect
Start: 1st September
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Cambridge - Hybrid - 3 days onsite a week in Cambridge
Role
- Lead enterprise AI strategy and architecture.
- Shape AI products, platforms and technology roadmaps.
- Translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across AI, AWS and ServiceNow.
- Drive AI adoption, transformation and innovation.
- Act as the link between business, product, engineering and technology teams.

Responsibilities
- Define AI architecture, standards and governance.
- Design scalable and secure AI solutions on AWS.
- Lead Generative AI, LLM and Machine Learning initiatives.
- Design ServiceNow AI and automation solutions.
- Integrate AI, ServiceNow, data and enterprise systems.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
- Ensure security, compliance, performance and cost optimisation.
- Identify and prioritise AI opportunities with stakeholders.
- Support delivery teams throughout implementation.
- Measure and demonstrate the value of AI initiatives.
