Role Summary
You'll decide which agentic systems are worth building to transform how millions of customers experience brands every day: from a beverage giant's marketing campaign to a global retailer's in-store assistant or an iconic carmaker's ownership journey. You own product direction, investment, and commercial performance across a portfolio of AI Accelerators that we bring to our clients. You'll decide where to invest in reusable AI Accelerators, ensure AI Consultants can scale them across clients, and line manage a team of AI Product Managers delivering the work. The hard, interesting part of this job is that we're an agency first: sold client work will sometimes have to win over product ambition, and your job is to find the pragmatic path anyway — pulling a reusable pattern, a piece of IP, or a genuine lesson out of bespoke work rather than treating it as a dead end.
What will your day look like?
- Deliver AI Solutions to Clients: Lead AI Product Manager team to successfully deliver state-of-the-art agentic solutions in collaboration with AI Solution Consultants, AI Engineers, and AI Architects.
- Set Strategic Vision & Portfolio Strategy: Define the AI product vision across domains and make data-driven investment decisions, including building business cases to fund AI Accelerators based on effort/value, unit economics, and margins.
- Drive Commercial Performance: Maintain commercial accountability (revenue, cost, margin), prioritization, and investment calls across the AI Accelerator portfolio.
- Build Reusable Scalable Assets: Lead the creation of reusable AI product assets that allow teams to scale selling existing solutions across clients rather than building from scratch every time.
- Establish Product Excellence: Make deliberate build-vs-reuse choices and set the standard for discovery, scoping, and success metrics across the PM team while maintaining a deep view of the evolving AI product landscape.
- Act as an Executive Advisor: Serve as a trusted product advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership on high-stakes investment and product decisions.
- Lead & Mentor: Line manage, mentor, and coach a team of AI Product Managers on product practice and delivery discipline.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
