  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, evaluate model performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Product engineering experience, including end-to-end AI product development, system integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Product design skills to shape user-centric AI solutions, define specifications, and align features with business needs.
  • Research and Development (R&D) capabilities to explore emerging AI technologies, test new approaches, and validate innovative concepts.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders and documenting technical work.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages (such as Python), AI/ML frameworks, and cloud platforms commonly used in production environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in the energy or industrial sector, or interest in applying AI to operational efficiency and safety, is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
