In your role, you will partner with our clients to deliver outcomes through the application of cutting-edge data science methods.
YOUR ROLE
If you are passionate about creating impactful AI solutions that solve real-world problems, this is the role for you. You should apply if you have a strong background in AI delivery, experience designing innovative products, and a collaborative mindset that fosters learning.
You will be responsible for defining and executing the vision and strategy for AI products and services – driving value creation for organisations and users. You should apply if you have previous experience in AI development, a deep understanding of the market dynamics and challenges, and are confident leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams of AI experts and business partners.

- Identify opportunities for emerging technologies to transform organisation, create value and solve real problems
- Lead Innovation sessions to accelerate idea generation through strategic discovery and horizon scanning - using design thinking to generate potential solutions.
Accelerate impact with AI
- Test ideas through rapid experimentation and proof of value generation, being unafraid to fail fast
- Turn ideas into product definitions that solve the root cause of pain points, continuously iterating with real users to ensure user focussed design

- Re-imagine operations and/or introduce new capabilities by integrating AI products into existing processes
- Set up, run and scale AI innovation capabilities by building the right culture and operating model with a focus on sustainability
YOUR PROFILE
As a Manager in the AI Product Innovation team you’ll set the direction, driving forward our business, model our values and behaviours, lead by example, and coach and develop more junior members of the team. Key expectations from this role include:
- A strong understanding of AI products and their applications in various domains and industries
- Experience in leading, shaping and delivery of complex AI projects across multiple workstreams
- Ability to lead teams to design and execute pilots to test and validate AI solutions, and proven ability to operationalisation these AI solutions
- Excellent communication, storytelling and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
- A growth mindset and a passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools for AI product lifecycle management
- Hands on experience with Design Thinking principals and user-centred design
- Ability to define and communicate a clear and compelling vision and strategy for an AI product portfolio
- Experience scoping and developing proposals for new AI opportunities
- Experience with the commercial management of a project, including costing and resourcing
- Experience managing and upskilling others, championing personal development and capability development
