AI Product Lead
Enterprise AI Transformation / AI Strategy / AI Roadmap / Banking
Salary: Up to £115,000 + 20% Bonus + 20% Pension (Employer Contribution)
Location: London (2 days per week)
We're hiring an AI Product Lead to help shape and deliver enterprise-wide AI strategy within a prestigious Banking organisation.
This is a high-impact role with genuine executive visibility, focused on identifying where AI can create business value, defining the roadmap, and turning ambition into tangible outcomes across the organisation.
Sitting at the intersection of business and technology, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to translate emerging AI capabilities, including LLMs, RAG, Document Intelligence, and Agentic AI, into commercially meaningful products and initiatives across areas such as Customer, Operations, Risk, and Corporate Functions.

Rather than delivering isolated use cases, you'll be responsible for driving a coordinated approach to AI adoption, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business priorities and delivering measurable value.
What We're Looking For
- Experience shaping and delivering AI strategy within a Banking environment
- Strong understanding of modern AI capabilities and their practical business applications
- Proven ability to operate at enterprise level and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience building roadmaps, prioritising opportunities, and driving adoption
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on value realisation and business outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
