About Aspora

People on the move deserve a bank that moves with them. Since 2022, Aspora has been building a borderless financial operating system that makes money as mobile and transparent as its users.

Backed by influential venture capitalists like Sequoia Capital, Greylock Partners, Hummingbird Ventures, Y Combinator & Global Founders Capital. We're a team of 150+ across India, the UK, the UAE, EU and the US, working with extreme ownership, radical candour, and an obsession with customer impact.

We celebrate builders who question assumptions, ship fast, and turn regulatory complexity into elegant solutions. If you’re driven to redefine what global banking can be, we’d love to build the future with you.

About the Role

People build lives across borders, and Aspora moves their money with them. Aisha is our next bet: an AI finance agent for NRIs that does the work end to end. Most agent companies build the intelligence and hope the rails come later. We already have the rails. This role exists to build the intelligence NRIs will trust with real money.

You will own Aisha completely: product, roadmap, team and results. You’ll report directly to our CEO. You’ll work closely with compliance, legal and our payments teams across the UAE, UK and India. The hard calls are yours: what to build, buy or partner on, and when the agent is ready to act.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Who You Are

To you, an AI agent is only worth building if it finishes the job. You’ve built consumer products people rely on every day, and you’ve shipped AI that holds up in the real world.

  • You’ve built consumer before. You founded or ran a product people used daily, and you know what users forgive and what loses their trust for good.
  • You’ve shipped AI that works in production. You have operated evals, orchestration, tool use and failure modes yourself, not just read about them.
  • You bring money-grade judgement. You’ve worked where mistakes move other people’s money, or you can show you learn regulated domains fast.
  • You lead by doing. You stay close enough to the product and the code to make the call yourself.
  • You’ve moved quickly everywhere you’ve been. Your track record shows people kept trusting you with more, sooner than expected.
  • You’ve been tested. A failed launch, a company that died or a regulatory wall. You made sound calls under pressure and followed through to the end.
  • Most importantly, you want to prove that AI can be trusted with people’s money.

What You’ll Own

This role comes with a founder’s mandate, inside a company that already has licences, partners and customers.

  • Own Aisha end to end. Take it from early build to a product NRIs trust with real money tasks.
  • Shape the agent stack. Decide what to build, buy or partner on across models, orchestration, data connections and agent payment rails.
  • Make reliability the product. Build an agent that completes long, multi-step tasks, with evals, guardrails and failure modes treated as core features.
  • Ship consumer-grade experiences. Own onboarding, activation and retention, starting with a hundred research sessions a week that you recruit yourself.
  • Build the founding team. Hire senior engineers first, then add design and data as the product earns them.
  • Act safely on licensed rails. Partner with compliance and legal so the agent can move money without ever becoming the incident.
