AI Product Lead | Financial Services | AI Governance | AI Frameworks | Executive Stakeholder Engagement
Are you passionate about helping organisations realise the value of AI beyond pilots and proofs of concept?
We're partnering with a prestigious highly respected UK bank embarking on an ambitious AI transformation journey. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted, governed and scaled across an established and complex business.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role, nor is it an AI Engineering position. We're looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of business, technology and transformation, helping identify high-value AI opportunities, establish governance frameworks, drive adoption and ensure measurable outcomes are delivered.
Full Time Permanent Role
London | Hybrid (2/3 Days Office)
Salary - Up to £115,000 + Bonus & Benefits
The Opportunity
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to identify where AI can create genuine business value, build prioritised AI roadmaps, and help establish the frameworks that enable AI to be deployed safely and effectively.
You'll become a trusted advisor on AI adoption, helping bridge the gap between business ambition and practical implementation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
