AI Product Lead

Remote UK | Product Management | Healthtech & AI

As AI Product Lead, you will own the new product line end to end, from strategy and discovery through to development, launch and iteration. Working closely with engineering teams, scientific users and senior leadership, you will play a central role in defining what gets built, who it serves and how it reaches the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for a new enterprise AI product line.
  • Lead product development from discovery through to shipping and continuous improvement.
  • Work directly with engineering teams to build and deliver innovative AI solutions.
  • Engage with biomedical researchers and scientific users to understand their needs and translate them into product decisions.
  • Lead product positioning, messaging and go-to-market activity.
  • Help establish and grow the product organisation as the business scales.
  • Report directly to the CEO on product progress, adoption and commercial development.

What we are looking for

  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • A background in biomedical science, biology, computational biology, genetics, bioinformatics or a related discipline.
  • A proven track record of shipping products used by biomedical scientists. This is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML product development and the current LLM ecosystem.
  • Experience working hands-on with engineering teams to build and launch products.
  • Strong product marketing instincts and the ability to position complex technical products for enterprise customers.
  • A genuine passion for transforming biomedical research through technology.
