We're looking for an innovative and commercially minded AI Product Lead to drive the design, development and adoption of AI-powered products and solutions across our business. This is an exciting opportunity to combine AI expertise, product thinking and stakeholder leadership to unlock the full potential of Generative AI and emerging technologies. Where you'll combine technical AI knowledge with strong stakeholder management and product leadership skills.
As our AI Product Lead, you'll work at the forefront of AI innovation, translating business opportunities into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable impact. You'll help define how AI products are designed, governed and deployed, while championing responsible AI practices across the organisation.

You'll work with a network of senior stakeholders, AI specialists and technology leaders while helping define the future of AI across the organisation. This role is based at our Bristol HQ, where we work on a 50% hybrid working model.
Principle Accountabilities
- Lead the design and delivery of AI products and solutions, partnering with Tower Domain Leads and business stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
- Develop scalable AI and GenAI capabilities, including prompt-based, agentic and RAG solutions that deliver reliable, repeatable business value.
- Establish AI standards and guardrails, embedding Responsible AI, governance, security and compliance principles into AI products, prompts and interaction patterns.
- Drive AI product quality and performance, defining success measures and overseeing the evaluation of accuracy, bias, explainability and operational readiness.
- Collaborate across Product, Data, Engineering, Legal and Governance teams to translate business needs into innovative AI-enabled solutions and ensure successful deployment at scale.
- Build organisational AI capability and thought leadership, creating reusable frameworks, sharing best practices and helping teams maximise the value of human-AI collaboration.

Skills and Experience Required
- Experience delivering AI, GenAI, Data or Digital Products, with a strong understanding of AI product lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering and AI solution design, including emerging AI capabilities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, risk and compliance principles, with a focus on safe and scalable AI adoption.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms, such as Azure OpenAI, and advanced AI approaches including RAG and agentic AI.
- Experience scaling AI products within large or complex organisations.
