Great opportunity to join a pre-seed/seed VC-backed startup. Competitive salary package (equity)

Most product roles ask you to influence. This one hands you the keys.

A VC-backed LLM research startup — a spinout from one of the world's top universities — is hiring its first Product Lead. The founding team is a leading AI researcher and a serial entrepreneur: the science is genuinely deep, and it ships at startup pace. Their product analyses production agent workflows and gives enterprises the evidence to safely replace expensive LLM calls with cheaper ones.

They're pre-product-market-fit and moving fast. You spend three months building context with the founders, then the roadmap, scope and priorities become yours. Not input into. Yours. What you decide gets built, and it lands with real enterprise customers within weeks. Clear path to Head of Product / CPO.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
