PURPOSE
The AI Product Manager leads the strategy and lifecycle management of AI-enabled medical software products, ensuring they address validated customer and user needs while supporting clinical, regulatory, and business objectives. Working closely with engineering teams and other cross-functional partners, the role is accountable for product discovery, opportunity assessment, prioritisation, roadmap development, backlog management, delivery, launch, and ongoing performance. Reporting to the Product Lead, the AI Product Manager collaborates across functions to establish clear product outcomes, enable informed decision-making, and direct development efforts towards the highest-value opportunities.

- AI and machine learning – Demonstrate experience managing software products enabled by technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, medical image analysis, natural language processing, or data analytics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related field (or equivalent and related experience).
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in software product management, either as a product manager, product owner, data scientist, software engineer, or in a role associated with software development
- 5-8 years of experience in building and clearing Software as Medical Devices, with knowledge of Medical Devices Quality Management and Product Lifecycle Management processes
- 5+ years of experience working on products across the full product lifecycle (conception, development, go-to-market, and post launch support).
- 5+ years of experience in agile software development methodologies or related activities
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence colleagues.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
- Ability to influence and drive results in cross-functional teams.

What makes you stand out:
- Global experience - ability to empathise with different cultures and organisational set-ups.
- Deep understanding of healthcare, endoscopy, medical imaging products and clinical workflows is desirable.
- Proven track record of product ownership from concept to broad launch in the healthcare industry
- MS, or PhD or MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Additional fluency in a European Language (like German, Spanish, etc.) or Japanese is an asset.
