Aspire Technology is recruiting an experienced Senior AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, discovery and delivery of AI-powered products for a global organisation undergoing significant AI transformation.
This is an exciting contract opportunity for a commercially minded Product Manager who understands how to turn complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions. You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working alongside Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineering teams to deliver products that create measurable value across the business.

The role
As Senior AI Product Manager, you will define and execute the AI product roadmap across engineering and enterprise functions, identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve efficiency, enhance decision-making and drive innovation.
You'll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring AI products solve genuine business problems while delivering measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AI product discovery across Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Vehicle Programmes and Enterprise functions.
- Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI product opportunities and product requirements.
- Own and maintain AI product roadmaps, prioritising initiatives based on business value, feasibility and strategic objectives.
- Work closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers and Software Engineers to deliver AI products from discovery through to production.
- Manage product backlogs and support Agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement and stakeholder engagement.
- Define experimentation strategies, success metrics and rollout plans to validate AI solutions.
- Build strong relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders to drive AI adoption across the organisation.
- Define and monitor product KPIs to measure performance, adoption and business impact.
- Support responsible AI delivery by collaborating with Cyber Security, IT and Legal teams to ensure governance, privacy and compliance.
- Champion AI adoption through knowledge sharing, documentation and stakeholder engagement.

About you
You'll be an experienced Product Manager with a strong track record of leading AI or Machine Learning products from concept through to successful delivery:
- Significant experience as a Senior Product Manager, AI Product Manager or Lead Product Manager.
- Proven success delivering AI or Machine Learning products from discovery through continuous improvement.
- Experience working closely with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers and Software Engineers.
- A solid understanding of AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and the AI product lifecycle.
- Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, user stories, acceptance criteria and measurable success frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical teams and senior leadership.

Desirable experience
- Experience delivering AI products within automotive, manufacturing, engineering or other complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based applications and wider AI transformation programmes.
- Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms and enterprise data ecosystems.
