TIAAGO is seeking a dynamic and visionary AI Product Manager

to join our innovative team and lead the development and execution of cutting-edge AI-driven products. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our AI offerings by bridging the gap between advanced technology and user-centric solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to drive product strategy, define roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery that meets market demands and exceeds customer expectations.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies combined with robust product management experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation. As an AI Product Manager at TIAAGO, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, analyzing market trends, prioritizing features based on user feedback and business goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop and deliver AI-driven product features.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and enhance existing offerings.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Monitor product performance using data-driven metrics and make informed decisions to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle, from conception to launch and iteration.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and manage expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on AI or machine learning products.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, technologies, and applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
