The Business
We are partnering with a leading professional services organisation to appoint a Product Manager to take ownership of their Data + AI services. This is a newly created role offering the opportunity to define and execute the firm's AI product strategy at enterprise scale.
You will act as the critical bridge between Technology and the wider business, translating strategic priorities into AI enabled products that transform how the firm operates, serves clients and drives competitive advantage.
Working across senior leadership, Technology, Data and business functions, you will own the AI product roadmap, leading the development of innovative solutions while ensuring they are commercially valuable, responsibly governed and successfully adopted across the organisation.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced AI Product leader who is equally comfortable discussing large language models and AI governance with technical teams as they are challenging and influencing senior business stakeholders.
The Opportunity
You'll take a leading role in the firm's AI product function, overseeing the strategy, prioritisation and delivery of AI initiatives across the business.
You'll work closely with Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Governance and emerging AI Governance teams to bring AI products from concept through MVP and into enterprise-wide adoption.
A significant part of the role involves partnering with Executive stakeholders including the CFO, CPO and CMO to identify opportunities where AI can create measurable business value.
You'll determine whether capabilities should be developed internally or through strategic external partnerships, ensuring investment is aligned to business priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
